Amazing staff and cozy rooms

The front desk team went above and beyond, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The bar's ambiance was welcoming, and freshly prepared breakfast items were delightful treats in the mornings.

We faced issues with housekeeping, as some days our room wasn't cleaned until late, impacting our relaxation time after skiing. a few amenities could have been more thoughtfully arranged in the room.

Take advantage of the cozy bar area for a relaxed après-ski experience, complete with board games and a fire for added warmth.

Did you know you can wait almost three hours outside before checking in? Housekeeping inconsistencies are a real issue!!! Stains in both room and bathroom could definitely use more attention!!!

Absolutely loved the refurbished rooms – surprisingly spacious with a great rainfall shower! 🌟 A downside was the lack of a lift, but the cozy ambiance made up for it. Will definitely be back!

Room very clean and spacious. Staff super friendly and helpful. Bar area cozy with good vibes. Watch out for noise from the garbage truck early in the morning. Close to the ski lifts which is a plus for a skiing trip.

the best part of this place is the amazing staff, super friendly and always ready to help. the room we had was really clean and way bigger than we thought it would be. loved the comfy mattress, it was perfect for a good night's sleep. breakfast was fresh and so tasty, everything you need to start ur day right. the bar area has a nice vibe too, we had a great time chilling there!

the ski room down in the basement felt kinda dungeon-like, and we had to wait a little too long for our check-in. also, a bit of noise from the street can be annoying especially at night.
